Panels – NCF currently has three panels with each one managed by a Board of Trustee member supported by a team of volunteers with an appropriate skills and professional mix.
Their role is to advise the Board on the strategy and policies required and undertake the activities needed to deliver the service requirements in each area.
Investment Panel – to manage targeted maximisation of the investment portfolio by investigating and undertaking funds development and income generation in accordance with approved investment policy.

Grants Panel – to advise the Board on research and grant making strategy and policy with the inclusion of links from the Donor Liaison Panel and through overseeing the grants distribution process.
